Order Processing

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and the time your order is placed. Orders are fulfilled and prepared for shipment Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 12 PM CST on Friday, over the weekend, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Orders ship once all items are ready.

Shipping Liability Policy – RJM Executive Detailing

At RJM Executive Detailing, every order is carefully packed and shipped with attention to detail. Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, all responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Carrier-Related Delivery Issues

RJM Executive Detailing is not responsible for shipping errors or delivery issues caused by the carrier. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Packages delivered to the wrong address

• Orders marked as “delivered” but not received

• Shipping delays, routing errors, or missed delivery attempts
  

Customer Responsibility

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, customers are responsible for:

• Entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout

• Tracking their shipment using the provided tracking number

• Contacting the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery issues or file claims

While we are not liable for carrier-related issues, our team is here to help. We’re happy to provide tracking details and guide you through the process of submitting a claim with the carrier when needed.

Returns Policy – RJM Executive Detailing

At RJM Executive Detailing, all sales are considered final due to the nature of our products. That said, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re committed to making things right if an issue arises.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect ItemsIf your order arrives with missing items, damage, or the wrong product, we’ll take care of it.

• Include your order number and photos of what you received

Once reviewed, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on chemical products under any circumstances. Limited exceptions may be considered for non-chemical items (such as pads, towels, and accessories) and must be approved by our customer service team.

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

• Requested within 30 days of purchase

• Item is unused, unwashed, and in like-new condition

• Returned in original packaging

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  

If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid return label to simplify the process. Please note, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund once processed.

Tools – Returns & Warranty

All tool sales are final, and opened or used tools are not eligible for return. If your purchase was made through a distributor, please contact them directly for their return policy.

DIY Detail tools are backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (from the date of purchase), covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use, or lack of maintenance.

To submit a warranty claim, email justin@rjmexecutivedetailing.com with:

• Your original order number

• A description of the issue

• Details on usage and maintenance

• Photos showing the problem
  

Our team will review your claim and determine eligibility. If approved, we’ll provide a shipping label for repair. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing, repair, and return shipping.
