At RJM Executive Detailing, all sales are considered final due to the nature of our products. That said, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re committed to making things right if an issue arises.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect ItemsIf your order arrives with missing items, damage, or the wrong product, we’ll take care of it.

Include your order number and photos of what you received

Once reviewed, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns on chemical products under any circumstances. Limited exceptions may be considered for non-chemical items (such as pads, towels, and accessories) and must be approved by our customer service team.
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
Requested within 30 days of purchase
Item is unused, unwashed, and in like-new condition
Returned in original packaging
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid return label to simplify the process. Please note, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund once processed.
Tools – Returns & Warranty
All tool sales are final, and opened or used tools are not eligible for return. If your purchase was made through a distributor, please contact them directly for their return policy.
DIY Detail tools are backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (from the date of purchase), covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use, or lack of maintenance.

Our team will review your claim and determine eligibility. If approved, we’ll provide a shipping label for repair. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing, repair, and return shipping.
